I think there are several good reasons for that.
1) Our numbers are smaller.
2) This language maybe *requires* less handholding than some others.
3) The people who get into Icon probably are [mostly!] more advanced,
self-reliant and less likely to have the kinds of questions that a lot of the
newbies playing with trendier languages like Perl or Python are likely to have.
